&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Total loss:&lt;/strong&gt; -130.4 lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah, it&amp;#8217;s a small loss, but I&amp;#8217;m still pretty stoked to see that number. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Today, when I dropped them off, there were four sign up sheets at the desk labeled: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Vinyasa Yoga&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced swim: stroke and technique&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hip Hop Zumba&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Crossfit Kid&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To answer the look of puzzlement on my face, the lady at the desk said,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;#8220;The girls can sign up for any or all of them. They&amp;#8217;re part of Sunshine this year and are free to campers.&amp;#8221;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;sigh.&lt;em&gt;  *pats his head*  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So&amp;#8230;. 10pm.  2 miles.  20 min. and FINALLY done for the night.  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We made grilled bacon and green chile wrapped jumbo shrimp&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ambush of co-workers in office: &lt;/strong&gt; &amp;#8220;We want to know how you&amp;#8217;re losing weight.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Me:&lt;/strong&gt;  &amp;#8220;Well, hi randomness?  ummm&amp;#8230; It&amp;#8217;s not fancy or complicated.  I&amp;#8217;m watching what I eat, counting calories, nutrients up/carbs low, and exercising 5-6 days a week. It&amp;#8217;s mostly just input/output&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Them: &lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;*visibly disappointed*&lt;/em&gt; &amp;#8220;oh, ok.  Thought you might be taking something or have some secret weapon to share. Nevermind.&amp;#8221;  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;*all turn and walk out of my office mumbling things about how that wouldn&amp;#8217;t work for them/no matter how much they workout and eat right they don&amp;#8217;t lose/there&amp;#8217;s got to be an easier way*&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry ladies&amp;#8230; there&amp;#8217;s no easy way out. Believe me, I&amp;#8217;ve tried. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;There&amp;#8217;s no magical pill. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;There&amp;#8217;s no shake/diet product/ diet book/ diet scheme out there that will insta-supermodel you. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;There are no secrets. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;There IS a decision.  &lt;br/&gt;There is hard work. &lt;br/&gt;There are sacrifices. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nothing worth having comes easy.  Nothing that comes easy sticks around. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ultimately, the only way to permanently change the way you look and feel is to permanently change your way of thinking&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The struggle to change will be difficult, but the end result will be worth it a million times over. &lt;/p&gt;
