Good A.M.

Breakfast:  3 oz smoked salmon with 10 olive oil and rosemary roasted cherry tomatoes and 5 whole garlic cloves compliments of my loverly bf.  195 calories

The Con: 

I’m pretty sure my breath is kickin’

The Pros:

Salmon -

  • protein
  • Omega 3s
  • lots of b12 
  • (plus it’s yuhhmmeee) 

Tomatoes -

  • A crap ton of the powerful anti-oxident Lycopene
  • the amazing Leptin, which plays an important role in appetite control, metabolism and weight loss. 
  • Vitamin C 

Garlic -

  • full of germanium which is an anti-cancer agent
  • tons of anti-oxidents and vitys
  • Allicin which has stong anti-biotic properties and immune boosters
  • AND… get this… early stage research suggests that garlic has special anti-inflammatory properties that may actually help to regulate the number of fat cells that get formed in our body.  Boy, that’s a big ass bonus.
