Kicking Ass and Taking Names
These are the goals I posted 3 days ago.
and here is the progress….
January Fitness Goals:
Try new workout videos from NetflixHave done each TWICE. Review posts to come.- Try new Brazilian Butt video from Christmas <— it’s just too cold to run outside.
- Continue to eat well. High protein, high fruit and veggie, low gluten carbs - still going. :)
- 5 lb loss for January. -1 lb
January Life Goals:
Finish and submit paper for end of semester

- Finish video for end of semester
Keep finances in check. No extras. This is important considering we’ve decided to move into a larger house soon and the expenses will inevitably be upped.WE FOUND A HOUSE!!!! AND it’s the exact same thing we’re paying now…. AND it’s 400 square feet bigger….. AND it’s in a neighborhood that I can RUN IN!!!!!!!- Finish the
fourthand fifth Song of Ice and Fire books. Blahdow.
