Aye Mucho Sueño… Zzzzzz

My body el no cooperato  <— it’s a spanglish kinda morning

Sleep last night: 8:30pm.

Wake this morning:  6:00am and I had to literally DRAG my ass out of bed.

9.5 hours?

I feel like I could sleep for an eternity…

or maybe just until some handsome prince strolls along to kiss me awake…

Harry?  calling Harry? 

No?

Don’t worry, I won’t hold my breath 

Anyway, I’m pretty sure the cause is a combination of:

a. the insanely cold weather   b. my recovering illnesses  and  c. stress

Today I will: 

load up on some vity C - cucumber pineapple juice for breakfast - 150 calories

YURM.  Medical studies have showed that people whose diets are lacking in vitamin C develop fatigue more quickly than those whose vitamin C intakes are high. 

Drink LOTs of H2O

Water can increase the metabolic rate and increase energy. Evidence suggests that water also helps break down fat. BONUS

Have a couple cups of Green Tea

a little caffeine boost and a whole lotta antioxidents. 

and finally get ta MOVING. 

The more active you are, the better your circulation will be. And good circulation is “essential for energy because blood transports oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, brain, etc.,” internist Jacob Teitelbaum.

I’m thinking I should be right as rain by the AM with just a little extended effort.  :)
