This was my unreal good dinner tonight. I cant believe how yummerella it turned out.
Ingredients
3 bulbs fennel chopped
2.5 cups onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 cans NSA diced tomato

It’s amazing how it takes 3 weeks to take off the same amount of weight you can put on in 2 days. Sigh.
I think my metabolism went on holiday.
No problems though. It’s just a week. It’s not the end of the world or the end of my journey. Friday starts the repeat of 30DS and also the start of a p90x competition with one...
